Home rehab exercise prescription

A short, personalized home program — the right exercises for YOUR issue, taught in person, so progress sticks between visits.

What it is

Home rehab exercise prescription, in plain terms

Most of your recovery happens between visits. A home rehab prescription is a short, personalized set of exercises chosen for your specific injury and movement patterns — not a photocopied stretch sheet.

You learn each exercise in the office until it's right, then the program gets progressed as you improve. It pairs naturally with adjustments and our in-office physical therapy.

What to expect at your visit

  1. 1
    Movement check

We look at how you move and what's driving the problem — that's what picks the exercises.

  2. 2
    Learn your program

A handful of specific exercises, taught hands-on until your form is right.

  3. 3
    Progress check-ins

The program evolves as you get stronger — and gets retired when you don't need it anymore.

Common questions

How much time will it take each day?

Programs are deliberately short — a routine you'll actually do beats a perfect one you'll skip. Yours is sized to your life.

What if an exercise hurts?

Stop and tell us. Some effort is normal; pain is information — the program gets adjusted, not pushed through.

How is this different from the physical therapy page?

Physical therapy is the guided, in-office work; this is your take-home program. They're designed to work together.

Ready when you are

New patients welcome · most insurance accepted. Tell us what's bothering you and we'll take it from there.
