Deep-tissue massage therapy

Therapeutic massage that releases tight muscles, eases tension, and helps your body recover.

What it is

Deep-tissue massage therapy, in plain terms

Deep-tissue massage works the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue — the places where tension builds up from work, stress, injury, and everyday life.

It pairs naturally with chiropractic care: relaxed muscles move better and hold improvements longer. Many patients schedule both together.

Common questions

Will deep-tissue massage be painful?

It can feel intense in tight areas, but it should never be more than you're comfortable with — tell your therapist and they'll ease up immediately.

Can I get a massage and an adjustment on the same day?

Often, yes — they complement each other well. Mention it when you book and we'll set it up.

Does insurance cover massage?

Some plans do when it's part of your care. Call us and we'll help you find out what your plan covers.
